Job Description:
1. Answer inbound calls professionally to provide information about products and services and handle customer requests and queries in accordance with the company guidelines
2. Provide L1/L2 support for all the client requests
3. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
4. Provide excellent customer service and hence help the company to grow the number of clients
5. Help in analyzing the customer inquires, service requests, complaints and identify the trends

Competencies and Skills required:
1. Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS Office tools
2. Basic database skills will be added advantage
3. Awesome communication skills (Written and Verbal), local language knowledge is a plus
4. Strong interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Willingness and eagerness to work in a startup environment
