1. Should have led a team of at least 5 people in a CMS implementation project
2. Should be familiar with CMS concepts, functionalities and development lifecycle
3. Exposure on Sitecore for at least 2 years with a deep knowledge of the .Net framework
4. Exposure on architecture fundamentals and design exposure
5. Should be able to understand and implement Design Patterns & UML diagrams
6. Should possess depth knowledge on any RDBMS
7. Should be able to provide technical and project guidance to development team members
8. Must be able to communicate and enforce best practice design and coding standards
9. Should be able to do Low-level design for modules
10. Able to address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts.
11. Able to Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing CMS applications and sites
12. Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
13. Should possess architecture & development experience on Sitecore.
